Nativity Scene, white - Landi Figures 22cm

Polychromy — by Marisa Calvo

Moulded Nativity figures based on designs by Italian sculptor Landi and acquired unpainted. In this interpretation, a palette reduced to white and gold deliberately sets colour aside to emphasise form, volume and light. Golden details subtly highlight the figures, bringing unity and luminosity to the scene.
