Altar doméstico
Devotional objects — by Marisa Calvo
Conceived as a small personal prayer space for the home, this box is entirely lined by hand and carefully finished down to the smallest detail, with interior compartments, ribbons and thoughtful features designed to organise and accompany a daily encounter with God. It brings together the Bible, a rosary, a candle, incense, and materials for reading and reflecting on Scripture. The lid provides a place for devotional images or photographs of the people and intentions we wish to keep present in prayer. Every detail is guided by a simple idea: beauty, too, can help draw us closer to God.
